GreenCheck (ChekadBam Iran) Pioneers in Urban Green Architecture

ChekadBam was our university.
Through more than 15 years of hands-on experience, we learned to merge engineering, beauty, and nature into a living structure spanning green roofs, living walls, and smart modular systems, along with the design and build of pergolas, gazebos, smart flower boxes and tree boxes a blend of engineering precision, architectural elegance, and the essence of nature.
Our team in Tehran is a multidisciplinary group consisting of architects, structural engineers, project managers, horticulture and plant maintenance experts, industrial specialists, wood and carpentry experts, and electronics and computer engineers.
In Tehran, our structures were made of steel and iron sheets coated with electrostatic powder paint and heat-treated finishes, ensuring high resistance to moisture and weather conditions.
The outer surfaces were covered with a composite material called wood-plastic (WPC), which combines durability with a natural aesthetic harmony with the environment.
Wood-Plastic Composite (WPC) and electrostatic powder-coated steel have been among the core materials used by ChekadBam for building pergolas, gazebos, atriums, flower boxes, tree boxes, and other custom-designed products.
This combination of metal strength and natural wood texture results in durable, elegant, and UV-resistant structures designed to withstand moisture, sunlight, and the test of time.
Now we are based in Armenia, and with the experience accumulated over many years, we are ready to bring an upgraded and refined version of our work to this beautiful country combining experience, creativity, and a deep passion for urban green living.
In Armenia, in addition to offering our previous design styles for those who appreciate them, we now present special structures crafted from premium wood imported from Russia.
These materials have been carefully tested under Armenia’s unique climate and weather conditions, and they have successfully passed all our durability and performance tests.
The result is a perfect blend of northern wood aesthetics, modern design, and long-lasting strength ideally suited to the Armenian environment.
